If you're located in another country, please email us with your order number and the item you'd like to exchange, and we'll arrange it manually.

Sale items can be returned but are not eligible for exchange. Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase.

Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

You are responsible for the shipping costs when returning item(s). The exact cost varies globally based on your location and chosen carrier. As a guideline, return shipping typically ranges from €5–€15 within the EU and €15–€40 internationally. We will refund the cost of the button covers once approved, but the original shipping fee you paid is non-refundable.
